Teslimat alanı
Sunulan ÜRÜNLER yalnızca Türkiye üzerinden teslim edilebilir. Bu BÖLGE dışında bulunan herhangi bir teslimat adresi için sipariş vermek mümkün değildir. ÜRÜNLER, sipariş sürecinde MÜŞTERİ'nin belirttiği teslimat adreslerine gönderilir.
Nakliye süresi
3-7 iş günü içerisinde tarafınıza ulaştırılacaktır.
Siparişi hazırlamak, sonrasında fatura kesmek, öncesinde ürünlerin stokta mevcut durumları WEB SITEMIZE belirtilmiştir. Bu sürelerin hafta sonları veya resmi tatil günleri dışında olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Kayıt formunda görünen elektronik adresin doğru olması koşuluyla, ÜRÜNLER gönderildiğinde MÜŞTERİYE otomatik olarak bir elektronik mesaj gönderilecektir.
Teslimat süreleri ve maliyetleri
Sipariş sürecinde SATICI, MÜŞTERİ'ye satın alınan ÜRÜNLER için olası teslimat sürelerini ve formüllerini bildirir. Gönderim bedeli, teslimat yöntemine göre hesaplanır. Eğer ücretsiz kargolama sunmuyorsak, bu maliyetlerin miktarı, satın alınan ÜRÜNLERİN fiyatına ek olarak MÜŞTERİ tarafından ödenecektir. Teslim sürelerinin ve maliyetlerinin ayrıntıları WEB SİTESİNDE detaylandırılmıştır.
TESLİM ŞARTLARI
Paket, imzaya karşı ve bir kimlik belgesinin ibrazı üzerine MÜŞTERİ'ye teslim edilecektir. Devamsızlık durumunda, paketini postanesinde almasını sağlamak için MÜŞTERİYE bir teslimat bildirimi bırakılacaktır.
TESLİMAT Sorunları
MÜŞTERİ, çevrimiçi sipariş prosedürünün sonunda, siparişi onaylamadan önce taşıyıcıyı seçtiğinde belirlenen teslimat tarihi hakkında bilgilendirilir. Teslimatların en fazla otuz (30) gün içinde yapılacağı belirtilmektedir. Bu başarısız olursa, MÜŞTERİ, SATICI'ya makul bir süre içinde teslim etmesi için resmi bildirimde bulunmalıdır ve bu süre içinde teslim edilmemesi durumunda sözleşmeyi feshedebilir. SATICI, fesih mektubunun alınmasından gereksiz gecikme olmaksızın, MÜŞTERİ tarafından satın almak için kullanılanla aynı ödeme yöntemini kullanarak, ÜRÜNLER için ödenen toplam tutarı, vergileri ve teslimat masraflarını MÜŞTERİ'ye geri ödeyecektir. SATICI, ÜRÜNÜN MÜŞTERİYE teslimine kadar sorumludur. MÜŞTERİ'nin teslimat sırasında belirtilen herhangi bir hasar veya kısmi kayıp hakkında taşıyıcıya bildirmesi için üç (3) günlük bir süre olduğu hatırlanır.

Shipping Policy
Delivery Area
The PRODUCTS offered can only be delivered within Turkey. It is not possible to place an order for any delivery address located outside this AREA. The PRODUCTS will be shipped to the delivery addresses specified by the CUSTOMER during the order process.
Shipping Time
Your order will be delivered within 3–7 business days.
The time required to prepare the order, issue the invoice, and confirm the availability of the products in stock is indicated on our WEBSITE. These periods are understood to exclude weekends and public holidays. An automatic electronic message will be sent to the CUSTOMER when the PRODUCTS are shipped, provided that the email address shown in the registration form is correct.
Delivery Times and Costs
During the order process, the SELLER informs the CUSTOMER of the possible delivery times and methods for the purchased PRODUCTS. Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery method. If free shipping is not offered, the amount of these costs shall be paid by the CUSTOMER in addition to the price of the purchased PRODUCTS. Details of delivery times and costs are provided on the WEBSITE.
DELIVERY TERMS
The package will be delivered to the CUSTOMER against signature and upon presentation of an identity document. In the event of absence, a delivery notice will be left for the CUSTOMER so that the package can be collected from the post office.
DELIVERY ISSUES
The CUSTOMER is informed of the delivery date set at the time the carrier is selected, before confirming the order at the end of the online ordering procedure. It is stated that deliveries shall be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days. If this is not fulfilled, the CUSTOMER must formally notify the SELLER to make delivery within a reasonable additional period, and if delivery is not made within that period, the CUSTOMER may terminate the contract.
Upon receipt of the termination notice, the SELLER shall refund the CUSTOMER, without undue delay, the total amount paid for the PRODUCTS, including taxes and delivery costs, using the same method of payment that the CUSTOMER used for the purchase. The SELLER remains responsible until the PRODUCT is delivered to the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER is reminded that they have a period of three (3) days to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss identified at the time of delivery.
